We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to provide personalised support to a pupil who requires additional assistance to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. This fulfilling opportunity is based in a welcoming and inclusive school in Doncaster, where every child is inspired to reach their potential.
- Deliver tailored 1:1 support, adapting resources to meet the pupil's specific needs.
- Build a positive and nurturing relationship to boost confidence and engagement.
- Support classroom activities, ensuring the pupil stays focused and participates effectively.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Promote the pupil's social and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day.
- Previous experience working with children, particularly those with additional needs (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- A flexible and positive attitude to adapt to changing needs.

- Hours: Full-time, term-time only
- Salary: £83.85 - £100 per day

All applicants must hold the relevant qualifications and training for this role. Pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
