About the Role Reporting directly to the FP&A Director, you will lead a small, high-calibre team and act as the finance lead for one of the organisation's most commercially significant divisions. You'll provide real-time insights, challenge decisions constructively, and help shape long-term strategy. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role that places you right at the heart of strategic decision-making. You'll have the freedom - and responsibility - to drive performance, challenge the status quo, and inspire positive change. Key Responsibilities Partner with divisional leadership to optimise commercial performance. Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance business partners, embedding a culture of excellence. Deliver weekly sales and performance analysis to drive faster, smarter decisions. Provide forward-looking insights to highlight risks and unlock opportunities. Play a pivotal role in five-year planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure consistent and transparent KPI and performance reporting. Own ROI analysis and provide critical input into investment decision-making. Who We're Looking For An energetic, forward-thinking finance leader who is ready to make their mark. You will: Be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Bring significant experience in commercial finance and business partnering. Have a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
