The Change Coordinator owns the model definition for Market Advantage (MA) models across all countries in the region, securing standardization and sustainability. Any new model creations and changes to existing models are channeled through the Change Coordinator. The position is located remotely in any country, preferably within the EMEA region. In this role, the person works closely with the countries’ client and project teams, as well as with the EMEA MA modelling team and partners EMEA production teams. In our virtual working environment fluent English is mandatory to collaborate closely across the whole organization. Having a high focus on systemic thinking and creating client value through user friendly content design is key. In summary the core objectives of the role will be to: - Centralise change requests - Plan and coordinate change requests across all involved teams - Drive rigour and consistency in the changes instructions and workflow through appropriate change controls - Manage proper prioritization and commynication - Support the learning and adoption of new ideas across the region Job Responsibilities - Create / update Model Specification Documents for all MA models in EMEA region - Coordinate with local Client Service and Project Management teams’ client requirements - Coordinate the change pipeline - Understand and govern E2E change process, e.g., impact analysis and lead times - Consult countries’ teams on risks and limitations of changes to identify sustainable solutions - Maintain relevant process documentation and guidelines for the EMEA region - Drive continuous improvement through governance on MA updates and other technology changes Requirements - Highly self-motivated, accountable, and committed with positive can-do attitude - Ability to assess urgency, prioritizing quickly tasks to ensure client deliveries - Evidence of working with cross functional teams towards a common goal is essential - Project Management skills to lead improvement initiatives and implement changes - Affinities for technical specifications and wording - Comfortable with MS Excel - Fluent English – spoken and written Circana Behaviors As well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviors sit at the core of our organization.
