Job Description
Pursuing Excellence in Education
Fulfilling the idea of making positive changes in young people leads our teachers to celebrate even the smallest victories. Huge small victories, though they may seem insignificant, significantly impact their lives.
A Culture of Achievement
You will be working with children and young people who have Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. Your role will involve helping them learn, develop their abilities, and enhance their self-esteem. To achieve this, you must be resilient and dedicated, but the sense of accomplishment from these victories will be truly rewarding.
This journey can be challenging, but the progress made will more than compensate for it. As a Teacher at Witherslack Group, you will receive comprehensive support to ensure your success, including in-house psychologists, teaching assistants, and therapy professionals. Your colleagues will be experts in their field, and the school environments will be well-resourced, providing you with everything needed to build a fulfilling teaching career.
