Do you have the technical ability to keep complex machinery and infrastructure running at peak performance? Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Repair Complete planned TPM (Total Preventative Maintenance) schedules to minimise downtime. Attend and resolve breakdowns on production plant and equipment. Fault find on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Maintain EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) equipment and ensure compliance with site safety standards. Facilities Oversee and coordinate external contractors working on-site. Ensure building services meet legal requirements and operational expectations. Maintain accurate service records for audits and compliance. Engineering & Manufacturing Fabricate small to medium-sized components for aluminium boat building projects. Work independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Ensure welding procedures, material preparation, and fabrication meet strict quality and compliance regulations.What You Need to Succeed Essential Skills & Experience Time-served Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias). Electrical background (BS 7671). Experience fault-finding on electrical & mechanical systems. Knowledge of hydraulic systems and compression moulding presses. Ability to work with Microsoft Word & Excel for reporting & record-keeping. Desirable Skills & Certifications (Advantageous but not essential) Knowledge of waterjet cutting systems.
