Job Title: Credit Controller Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Hours: Full time, 5-month FTC Location: Colchester Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is proud to be representing a dynamic and rapidly growing business in their search for an experienced Credit Controller to join their expanding team on a 5-month fixed-term contract. Main areas of responsibility: To proactively chase and manage outstanding debts via telephone and email Accurately allocate incoming payments to customer accounts Maintain records to support smooth operational running Prepare and distribute monthly accounts statements to clients Conduct thorough bank reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies promptly Evaluate and set appropriate credit limits for new and existing clients Negotiate and arrange payment plans Work closely with other departments to resolve any queries or disputes Required Skills & Desired Experience: Professional manner Timely action and follow ups with clients Proven experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Strong negotiation skills with a professional and customer-focused attitude Exceptional organisational skills Attention to detail and accuracy Proficient with IT programmes such as Excel and other office tools This role is seeking an experience Credit Controller who can come in and get the ground running and would be able to commit to a 5-month contract. After training this role will offer hybrid working of 2 days a week from home and the other 3 in the office and other fantastic benefits.
