Due to a rapid growth within our business, we are now looking to recruit further Maintenance Operatives to join our busy team. As a Maintenance Operative you will be supporting the delivery and execution of core planned and reactive maintenance across our estate. You will be supplied with a vehicle and the tools required for this role. You will mostly work within your region and will be asked to work on exciting projects across our estate, you must be comfortable to work away from home at times. We have a fantastic maintenance team who love what they do and are looking for the next new member could that be you? About you: Multi-skilled with proven experience An eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines is key. Full UK drivers license is essential. Experience with electrical, plumbing and carpentry works. Experience with working within the retail maintenance environment. Basic understanding of the Microsoft office & IOS Experience in procurement of building materials and equipment through trade accounts. Solid judgement along with strong decision-making skills. Ability to be reactive and adapt to changes to projects Excellent communication and organisational skills CSCS Card or relevant trade qualification/s is an advantage Benefits: Annual Salary of £30,000 - £32,000 33 days Holiday (Including bank holidays) Relevant construction and maintenance upskilling and training available. To meet and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements for Health & Safety and fire emergency standards stipulated by the Head of Construction & Facilities. Resolve problems and issues that arise during venue refurbishment. To be able to work unsupervised to resolve maintenance issues. Assist with the layout of gaming machines in venue following a vision plan if required. To assist with carpet installations and minor carpet repairs. To attend periodic department meetings on agreed dates. To promote the company in a professional and positive manner with both internal and external contacts or at any other opportunity. To respond positively, promptly and appropriately to all internal and external customer requests.
