The right candidate will be a team player who is technically minded, values the customer experience as being as important as fixing the problem, and is keen to use their skills within their role. Retail or POS support experience will be seen as a distinct advantage but is not essential. You will have a natural aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making.
The candidate should have:
1. Fluency in both English and German
2. Technical support or 1st Line Support experience within an IT environment
3. Experience of providing support over telephone, remote, and email
4. Technical experience including MS Windows XP/7, MS Office, printer setup & configuration
5. Basic network support experience, TCP/IP, WiFi, LAN, WAN, PC, laptop
6. Engaging communication skills with the ability to make decisions and act on own initiative
