THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a reputable practice and deal with a full and varied caseload of real estate disputes. Working closely with the partners and senior colleagues, you will handle a variety of matters relating to property litigation, particularly focusing on commercial property disputes. The work will include forfeiture work, lease renewals, rent reviews, restrictive covenants, and adverse possession.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Property Litigation Solicitor will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a strong property litigation department within a leading City or national practice. You should have a solid understanding of property law and excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. If you are innovative and driven with a passion to develop a successful career within this area of law, then this could be the role you have been searching for. Ideally, you will have experience of tribunal and court work.
