Our client is looking to recruit an Administrator to work within their service department to start immediately. We do need someone to work in between Christmas and New Year and then on-going in 2025.
The hours will be 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday, you will be 100% office based. There is plenty of office parking available.
Key duties include:
* Answering incoming calls
* Reporting repairs to engineers
* Logging calls and repair details to the database
* Ordering spare parts
* Scheduling engineers
* Assisting with service reports
* Booking flights and travel when required.
Key requirements:
* Administration experience is essential
* Must have experience of dealing with customers
* Must be available for work immediately
