Job Responsibilities:
1. Providing great support to all customers / distributors with provision of order taking, complaint management and supply chain organisation
2. A key responsibility around sales support will be order processing / administration
3. Point of contact for all general enquiries
4. Coordination of all support, both technical and operational
5. Discussing product availability, shipping and credit notes
6. Recording and tracking all associated activity in CRM system to maintain alignment across the business
The Person:
7. Experience of operating across customer service, sales or supply chain
8. 2 years experience of working within target driven environments
9. Customer and supply chain management within a manufacturing environment (desirable)
10. Understanding of sales administration and order processing
11. Strong negotiation and influencing skills
12. Previous use of CRM systems
