As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing department with the execution of various marketing strategies, campaigns, and events. You will assist with a variety of tasks, from content creation and social media management to event coordination and marketing material production. Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the marketing team with day-to-day activities and execution of marketing campaigns.
2. Create and manage engaging content for the company’s website and social media platforms.
3. Support in the development of marketing materials such as websites, brochures, newsletters and video content.
4. Plan and track photography for both live projects and corporate use.
5. Assist in the coordination of promotional events, including launches and exhibitions.
6. Monitor competitor activities and track marketing statistics to provide actionable insights.
7. Manage marketing databases, email distribution, and assist with digital campaigns.
8. Liaise with printers, designers, and other suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials.
9. Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
10. Assist in organising and delivering internal and external presentations.
Key Skills and Requirements:
1. A solid understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with relevant marketing software.
