We’re looking for a warm, confident, and highly organised Guest Relationship Manager to lead our Host and Nights team at The Priory. As the first and most important point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for exceptional stays, memorable meals, and seamless service.
What You’ll Do
* Be the welcoming face of The Priory - leading the guest journey from check-in to check-out
* Manage and inspire our Host and Nights team to deliver warm, attentive, five-star service
* Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues with calm confidence, and build loyal relationships
* Coordinate with all departments to ensure every stay feels effortless
* Help drive our loyalty programme and guest experience initiatives
What You’ll Bring
