Responsibilities: Provide high-quality individual and group interventions, diagnostic and cognitive assessments, and risk evaluations. Work collaboratively with the MDT to design and implement care plans based on evidence-based practices. Facilitate staff reflective practice sessions and deliver impactful training programs. Conduct assessments and formulate specialist psychological treatment plans. Take professional accountability for clinical work, adhering to HCPC standards, professional guidelines, and company policies. Support the service with research, project work, and supervision of team members. About You BPS-recognized psychology degree and HCPC registration. Chartered Psychologist status and relevant post-graduate qualifications. Experience in delivering evidence-based psychological treatments. A track record of working with complex cases, including cognitive deficits. Understanding of neuropsychological frameworks and their application in clinical settings.
