We work on a 4/3 rota basis which provides you with great continuity and a fantastic work/life balance. Your rota while working with us would look like this:
Shifts are 4pm to 10pm
Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

We are ideally looking for you to be:
* Empathetic, compassionate, and a warm individual
* Reliable, committed, and flexible
* Paid UK experience preferred but not essential as training available
* A female driver with access to your own vehicle is a requirement - Business Insurance required
* Live locally and be able to commit to the rota and shifts

* Assisting with daily living, domestic duties, and personal care
* Supporting clients in the community
