We are looking for an experienced Customer Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in account management to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Preparing signage and graphics quotations for customers.
3. Overseeing the delivery of signage and graphics projects, from enquiry to completion.
4. Building strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
5. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
6. Identifying new business opportunities within your account base.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. At least 2 years of experience in an account management or similar role within a manufacturing setting.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
5. A team player who can collaborate effectively across departments.
6. Knowledge of large-format printing, signage production, and project management would be beneficial but not essential.
