We are seeking a Knowledge Management (KM) Lawyer in our Antitrust and Competition practice group on a 12 month fixed term contract to support the delivery of a broad portfolio of knowledge resources. The role will be located in our London office and may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. Key responsibilities include: Monitoring current legal, regulatory, and market developments and informing attorneys of these developments through emails, bulletins, training, or other appropriate means Drafting and maintaining standard forms, templates, guidance notes, and other knowledge resources to help our practitioners to work at the highest level Supporting the training programmes of the practice group, providing substantive training to the associates and trainees as well as training on knowledge resources more generally Supporting the delivery of the firm’s regular thought leadership publications and wider thought leadership efforts, including developing ideas for articles and writing and editing content Participating in external forums with members of the wider legal community and external service providers in order to keep abreast of regulatory and industry developments Generally acting as a sounding board for technical legal queries from partners and associates We'd love to hear from you if you: Are a solicitor qualified in England and Wales Are highly organised with meticulous attention to detail Are a self-starter willing to take the initiative and able to perform responsibilities without close supervision Have an outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm Possess the ability to work independently on and deliver projects of significant complexity on a timely basis And have: A Bachelor of Laws (or equivalent) A minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience as a practising lawyer in the competition law practice of a leading international law firm Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
