Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff
2. Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
3. Allocate tasks to contractors and external agencies and hold them accountable for delivery
4. Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
5. Develop Marketing Strategy and Plans in line with the agreed business strategy
6. Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
7. Monitor current campaigns, ensuring staff meet deadlines and complete necessary tasks
8. Analyse data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
9. Lead the execution and delivery of day-to-day marketing and brand-building activity
10. Support the leadership team in the development and execution of marketing strategy
11. Be a lead contributor in building a customer-first marketing culture within the business
12. Manage the allocated marketing budget
13. Organise promotional events such as trade shows
Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
1. Demonstrable experience in marketing
2. Experience of driving business growth with innovative, demand generation and prospecting campaigns
3. Comfortable setting and delivering against a range of performance metrics and KPIs
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing effectiveness and performance
5. A creative eye and the ability to judge the right creative assets by execution channel
6. Team management and development
7. Financially astute, with the ability to understand performance and drive commercial results
