We are searching for an SAP Training Lead to drive the development and management of a comprehensive training programme as part of the Business Systems Roadmap. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring the successful implementation of SAP ECC6 and related systems across various business and IT projects. You will work closely with the Change Manager and subject matter experts to define the training curriculum and oversee the delivery of high-quality training materials.
Responsibilities
1. Develop the approach for the SAP training programme in alignment with business and project goals
2. Collaborate with the Change Manager to define the training curriculum across key areas, including SAP O2C, P2P, B2R (R2R), Finance, and non-SAP systems such as Coupa and contracting platforms
3. Engage with SMEs to determine optimal training delivery methods for diverse audiences
4. Oversee the development of training materials by external teams, ensuring alignment with the curriculum and business needs
5. Manage the delivery of training to super users and end-users, coordinating with the UK Learning & Development (L&D) team
6. Provide support and guidance to super users to enhance their engagement and effectiveness
7. Ensure consistent and high-quality training across SAP modules and other business systems
8. Monitor training progress, identifying and addressing any gaps in delivery or user readiness
9. Collaborate with project stakeholders to integrate training within the broader change management strategy
10. Report on training outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
11. Previously implemented a training strategy for SAP
