With regard to this appointment, the successful candidate will be part of the team at Balsall Common Primary School Academy. We are seeking to appoint a skilled Administrative Officer, to assist with the provision of an administration function to the whole school. You are required to be a member of a team providing a high quality administrative support service, in particular with regards to school admissions and attendance. You will preferably have experience of working in a busy school environment. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be flexible and able to work effectively in a team but also work on your own initiative. Have excellent IT skills including a good knowledge of both Word and Excel and also knowledge of SIMS would be desirable, but not essential. You will be required to have GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English or equivalent, be educated to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Administration, or appropriate equivalent, or relevant experience. However, Level 3 would be desirable.
