About the Role:
Are you ready to lead the charge in the fast-paced B2B energy market? As the New Business Development Manager, you’ll be on the frontlines, driving growth, securing new business, and building lasting relationships in the renewable energy sector. Your expertise will help businesses transition to sustainable energy solutions while hitting ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hunt for New Business: Identify and connect with companies looking to switch to sustainable, renewable energy. Use your networking skills, digital platforms, and industry events to create new opportunities.
* Leverage AI & Data: Use cutting-edge tools like Co-pilot to supercharge your prospecting, analyze market trends, and spot high-potential leads.
* Build Strong Relationships: Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with new clients while expanding our network.
* Execute Winning Sales Strategies: Drive sales growth by implementing proven strategies and achieving your client’s targets.
* Craft Persuasive Proposals: Create tailored presentations and proposals that win clients over and close deals.
* Negotiate & Close: Seal contracts that maximize profitability while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
* Collaborate & Conquer: Work hand-in-hand with the sales and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and represent the company at industry events.
* Report & Forecast: Keep senior management informed with regular reports on your sales activity, pipeline status, and progress against targets.

* Hit Your Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed revenue and sales goals set by the leadership team.
* Generate Leads: Convert new leads into clients who are aligned with your client’s sustainable energy solutions.

* Win Proposals: Close a high percentage of proposals into signed contracts.
* Collaborate for Success: Work seamlessly with other teams to deliver results.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the energy or sustainability sectors.
* Deep knowledge of the B2B energy market and trends in renewable energy.
* Top-notch communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Experience using AI tools and data to boost sales performance.
* A natural relationship builder with the ability to maintain strong client connections.
* Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
* Results-driven and motivated by hitting sales targets.
