Klarent Hospitality are recruiting for Meeting and Events Beverage Manager
As our Meeting & Events Beverage Manager, you will have in-depth knowledge of the Beverage industry and a well-proven track record of managing high-profile events. You will have experience in researching, planning, and conducting on-site meetings with a highly effective and proactive approach. You will often be the first point of contact for any client; you will be a confident, dynamic self-starter, creative, and well-presented. Delivering excellent customer service and holding a genuine passion for delivery will be essential in everything you do.

* Proactively lead the M&E beverage team as a Head of Department.
* Deputise for other departmental managers when necessary.
* Manage all M&E beverage operations within budgeted guidelines.
* Responsible for the high standards of presentation and organisation of the beverage operation.
* In consultation with the Director of Food & Beverage, you will identify and implement innovative new ideas and methods to increase bar revenue. You will conduct regular analysis to ensure that the department is working in the most cost-effective manner while maximising revenue.
* Work with the HR department to ensure there is adequate recruitment, whilst working within budget. You will be at the forefront of all training, coaching, and the development of your team.
* Accountability for all stock control, orders & costing, while achieving budgeted profit margin.
* Accountability for preparing shift plans in conjunction with our scheduled events.
* Working directly alongside our Meeting & Events Operational Manager in a professional manner to effectively lead the department.
* Ensuring all documentation is compliant.
