As a Care Co-ordinator, your role will include:
• Ensuring all client visits are allocated
• Helping to recruit suitable Care and Support Workers
• Maintaining appropriate office procedures
• Answering customer enquiries, both new and existing
Principal responsibilities:
• Answering incoming telephone enquiries.
• Organising and distributing staff rotas weekly.
• Implementation of safer recruitment and vetting procedures of all Care & Support Workers.
• Ensuring there is sufficient cover to deliver care at the requested times.
• Maintaining computer system up to date at all times.
• Ensuring all clients and Care & Support Worker documentation and electronic records are kept up to date at all times.
• Production of reports and management information as required.
• Helping to cover care calls when no other alternative is available
Full UK driving license with access to your own car is essential for this role.
