Position: Executive Assistant - Managing Director and Founder
Would you like to work for a dynamic female entrepreneur who needs a new Personal assistant to help her organise her life? Kate McCarthy owns McCarthy Recruitment and is now looking for a new right arm following the retirement of her Personal Assistant. You will be committed to providing a personal service to her and ensuring she has the assistance she needs to deliver her role and ensure that her busy life is managed.
You will be a highly organised, motivated and detail orientated individual who loves providing high level administration support. You will have the ability to anticipate needs, be proactive and deliver results that exceed expectations. Focused on efficiency, with a successful career improving processes and productivity you will be able to multitask, managed projects and navigate challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling meetings, appointments and events and managing Kate’s time effectively
Managing support function for the recruitment business, providing support where necessary and naturally leading the team
Social media management
UK and international personal and professional travel, accommodation and expenses
Plan and execute company meetings, events, and training sessions
Inbox Management
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to ensure favourable terms and optimal relationships, act as liaison with vendors, service providers
Relationship Management with customers, suppliers and contacts
Manage projects and deliver to all deadlines.
Problem solves, be able to spot issues and create a plan to rectify them.
Communicate ideas and business initiatives to the team to ensure the sharing of best practice and maximisation of sales and business growth.
Ideally will also assist with the operational management of the McCarthy Recruitment Office providing assistance to the sales support team and leadership

Track record in supporting Executive or business owner
