We now have a full time vacancy within our Reception Team. As a Medical Receptionist you will be responsible for a varied range of duties to assist with providing patient care. You will have opportunities to develop and enhance your skills with on the job training and access to external training courses. Please note this position may close early if we receive a significant ammount of applications. Main duties of the job The role involves front of house, meeting and greeting patients, booking appointments, answering the telephone, and managing our digital platform, filing results, patient registrations and scanning incoming documentation. You will need to be kind, caring and empathetic. You should be a people's person with a pleasant demeanour and be able to be a team player whilst being able to self motivate. The practice is open between the hours of 8.00am & 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. The successful applicant should be able to start and finish at these times, days to be discussed at interview.
