Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional service and solutions to address their needs effectivelyProspecting and Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and prospects within the Key Accounts sales channel Generate new leads and opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other communication methodsSales Outreach and Presentations: Initiate outbound sales activities to engage prospective customers in collaboration with the field sales team Through adoption of a consultative sales approach, educate customers about the benefits of the company's products or services, and the impact this can have on their business Deliver compelling presentations or product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of the offeringsTargets: Set and achieve individual and team sales targets to contribute to overall revenue objectives Monitor progress towards goals, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed quotasSales Support and Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team and Customer Services to provide necessary support to ensure smooth sales processes are in place & understood by all stakeholders This would cover all stages of the sales process, including order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving issues or discrepancies.Record-Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related information using the company's CRM system (Salesforce) Generate regular reports to track performance metrics and provide insights to improve sales strategiesCollaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives and marketing initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach in achieving organisational goalsMarket Analysis and Feedback: Analysis of NPS surveys to identify trends & opportunities to maximise sales and increase brand adoption Gather feedback from customers and market trends to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to make recommendations for business growthAbout you: Essential Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service Ability to understand and explain technical product information.
