Job Responsibilities
As a Residential Social Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children with disabilities in a residential setting. Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting children's daily living activities.
2. Implementing care plans and assessments.
3. Promoting independence and personal development.
4. Maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
5. Working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should possess:
1. A relevant qualification in social care or related field.
2. Experience working with children with disabilities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work as part of a team.
Flexible Working
