Job overview
To be an active member of the multidisciplinary team demonstrating a range of skills to meet the needs of the patient in a safe, caring environment that promotes dignity, privacy and respect under appropriate supervision of the clinical team.
The post holder will be expected:
1. To assist in the provision of a high quality, courteous service to the patients, wards and departments of the Hospital.
2. To be responsible for the transport of patients, case notes, hospital equipment and specimens between the wards and departments.
3. To assist other staff with the moving and handling of supplies and equipment within and outside the Radiology department.
