NEW ROLE: FP&A Analyst - Events Business (Hybrid, South West London)
Robert Half is partnering with a leading events business based in South West London to recruit an FP&A Analyst on a hybrid working basis (3 days in office, 2 from home). This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-paced organisation and play a key role in delivering commercial insight and financial performance.
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 DOE + Benefits
Key Responsibilities: FP&A Analyst
* Act as a business partner to Heads of Events, providing financial insight and support.
* Prepare and present sales reporting with commentary against targets.
* Lead forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning processes.
* Identify risks and opportunities, following up with stakeholders to drive actions.
* Manage month-end reporting and show performance reconciliation with key departments.
* Support the delivery of the Strategic Scorecard and customer analysis.
* Be a systems super-user, supporting system upgrades and data accuracy.
* Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and modelling to support decision-making.
* Cover for the Head of FP&A during absences.
Who We're Looking For: FP&A Analyst
* Proven experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Management Accounting.
* Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills
* Experience with month-end processes and variance analysis is essential
* Confident communicator with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
* Proactive, commercially minded, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
