Daily responsibilities will consist of: Creating new client packs Input Fact Find details into client database Prepare and send off authority letters and send to client for signature Check all Anti-Money Laundering information is current and relevant checks have taken place Obtain Illustrations, application forms, key feature documents and other relevant supporting documentation Submit new business Track new business and current position, updating planner/paraplanner accordingly Prepare for client reviews What do we need from you? Previous experience in a similar role is essential Good knowledge of pensions, investments and other financial planning products You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Solid communication skills and a good telephone manner Good attention to detail and an analytical mind Our client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who is self-motivated, efficient, and hardworking and has the ability to work within fast paced busy, professional and growing firm.
