The mainresponsibilities of the WakingNights SupportWorker:
Performingnightly tasks such as personal care routines going to bed gettingup in the morning and makingbreakfast.
Supportingindividuals to develop independent lifeskills.
Safeguarding ofoccupants at alltimes.
Accurate recordkeeping.
Requirementsof the Waking Nights SupportWorker:
Recentexperience of working in a children s residentialsetting.
Relevantprofessional qualifications or willing to work towards (e.g. NVQLevel 3)
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildpositive relationships with children families and externalstakeholders.
Hold a validdrivinglicence.
Have a flexibleCanDo approach.
