Job summary An exciting fixed term/secondment opportunity has arisen within the Transformation Team for a Band 5 Project Support Manager. You will assist and support a number of development and evaluation transformation projects across the Trust, and North Staffordshire aligned to the overarching Inpatient Quality Transformation Programme. £29,970 - £36,483 per annum pro rata, part time 22.5 hours per week. You will be based in the Transformation team, but will work closely with the R&D Lead in the R&D team to develop, undertake, and write up evaluations. Main duties of the job The Project Support Manager will take on a vital role in supporting evaluation projects across North Staffordshire. This will entail supporting projects across the region, arranging and coordinating interviews, data collection, report writing, and communication with various organisations. This role will take responsibility for data collection reports and interviews including responding to evaluation requirements, working on several evaluation methods. This post will demand high levels of organisational skills, excellent time management, and the confidence to take responsibility for tasks and projects associated with this service. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal will be essential.
