National Account Manager UK/ROI
full time National Account Manager to work in our London head office
* You are responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with your accounts, serving as the first point of contact ensuring their satisfaction through a clear line of communication and solution-oriented action; the follow-up of partner inquiries is part of your daily business.
* You will work with key UK retailers such as; Sainsbury’s, Tesco, New Look and Matalan.
* In addition, you will be responsible for developing retailer centric strategies for your customers, and for identifying joint objectives as well as for building plans for mutual growth.
* Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring and optimising sales performance.
* Establish an efficient network of key internal interfaces as well as with external partners.
* You play an active role in optimising key account processes and participating in international projects.
Your profile:
* Minimum of 3 years experience working in Account Management, ideally in FMCG.
* Experience in the acquisition and management of key accounts in a complex, service-oriented and international environment.
* Strong UK market knowledge and understanding.
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to deal with fast paced and changing environments.
* Proactive with problem solving skills.
* Strong negotiation and networking skills, ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently and fully contribute to a team.
* Strategic thinking and excellent planning and presentation skills.
* Excellent communication skills both externally and at all levels internally.
* Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
* Located within the South-East and able to attend the central London office 2-3 days per week and as required.
