Executive Assistant Newcastle Upon Tyne
As an Executive Assistant (EA), you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of daily activities, strategic initiatives, and business priorities. You will act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the company.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
3. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings.
4. Oversee email and correspondence management, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
5. Coordinate and support board meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups on action points.
6. Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
7. Assist in organising company events and engagements.
8. Support the CEO in key projects and liaise with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
9. Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
