The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the clinical staff and managers within the mental health pathway at HMP Styal. The pathway comprises a mental health team, talking therapies, and psychiatry. The post holder will maintain office organization and support all clinical staff working in the department with additional responsibility for supervising and supporting junior administrative staff working within the department.

* Pay Enhancements: 30% additional for Evenings (8pm onwards) and Saturdays, and 60% additional for Sundays and Bank holidays.

Person Specification
Experience
* NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
* ECDL or equivalent.
* Knowledge of mental health terminology.
* Demonstrable experience in a secretarial or administrative position.
* Demonstrable experience of line managing staff.
* Experience within a prison environment.
* Previous experience of TPP SystmOne clinical system.
Knowledge and Skills
* Excellent inter-personal, communication, and organizational skills.
