This client is looking to appoint an Office Manager/Project Coordinator to provide administrative and project support to the site teams and its supply chain.

Duties
1. Administration & support for the site teams
2. Manage weekly site reports with site managers for the review of company directors
3. Create and manage project drawing packs
4. Assist remotely with new site setup & H&S compliance (with the support of H&S consultant)
5. Maintain a subcontractor directory (up to date insurance, CIS and contact details)
6. Manage the fleet of commercial vehicles
7. Manage the H&S training programme for employees and organise group training events
8. Deal with day-to-day customer/subcontractor enquiries
You will be supported by the company Directors and the internal project management team.
Requirements
1. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
2. Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
3. Excellent phone etiquette & communication skills
4. Competency in data entry & maintaining accurate records
5. Positive approach to problem-solving
