Greater Manchester based, full service law firm is recruiting a Conveyancing Assistant to join their growing team.
Due to expansion and movement within the team, my client is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join their dynamic residential property department.
The successful Conveyancing Assistant will be responsible for handling the following tasks:
1. Conducting searches
2. Dealing with SDLT forms and liaising with the Land Registry
3. Handling post completion matters
4. Dealing with redemption statements
5. Handling client queries and sending out client care letters
6. Drafting sales contracts
7. Liaising with estate agents and referrers
You will be working directly with a Conveyancer and will be afforded the opportunity to grow and progress your career. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who already has some experience within residential property and is looking to further their skill set. You will be given a great deal of training and support in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.
Salary is up to £25,000 dependent on experience.
