Your contributions will keep operations smooth, safe, and forward-thinking, fueling our ambition to lead in sustainable aquaculture feed production. You’ll support both people and processes across our engineering and maintenance team. You’ll play a hands-on role, focused on: Performing planned and preventative maintenance across equipment and electronic systems Assisting in reactive repairs and fault diagnosis, minimizing production downtime Managing inventory, raising purchase orders, and ensuring our stores stay fully stocked Coordinating with contractors and managing site visits for servicing and maintenance Supporting facility upkeep, including infrastructure repairs and improvements Optional overtime Is this the role for you? We're looking for someone curious, collaborative, and motivated to improve systems and ways of working. You don’t need to have it all - but you should bring a strong technical foundation and a desire to make a difference. Must-haves: A valid driver’s license and the right to work in the UK Engineering or mechanical/ electrical qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent) Practical experience or strong understanding of preventative maintenance and system troubleshooting Strong health & safety awareness (e.g., risk assessment and permit to work experience) Fluency in English (written and spoken) Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with CMMS, SCADA, MES or PLC systems Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments Location: Based at our Grangemouth site.
