Consultant / Intermediate Project Manager - Eccles or Preston
Our client is a leading Development Consultancy operating throughout the North of England offering Project Management, Quantity Surveying, BIM Leader, Development Consultancy and Employer's Agent services across a number of sectors. Given recent expansion and continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen in their North West based Project Management team.
This role requires an ambitious and driven candidate who will be an integral part of the Project Management team, assisting in the delivery of projects from inception through to completion and offers excellent career progression opportunities within the business.
Candidates will preferably have a relevant degree and a technical background appropriate to the core services that our client offers with skills to work across a range of sectors including healthcare, higher education, residential and commercial projects.
Exemplar candidates will be expected to show commitment to become chartered, or at the very minimum be willing to engage in a programme to develop their skills and knowledge to the required standards within our profession.
They must also be customer focused, have excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills and have an aspiration in the future to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
Candidate Specification
1. The ability to lead and deliver on small to medium projects.
2. To assist in the delivery of larger projects.
3. Experience in pre-construction/planning.
4. Experience in risk management.
5. Experience in stakeholder management.
Agile working
