COMMERCIAL LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES As player manager, it will be your responsibility to identify, qualify and close new enterprise clients through different research methods, applying various sales strategies to aid full market penetration and sell our service catalogue on both an end-to-end and modular basis. You will need to master the Amdaris value proposition and qualification process (including identifying stakeholders and influencer needs), developing and executing a comprehensive plan to be able to win business within a clear target accounts list. You will also hold leadership responsibilities and accountability for a small team of software solution consultants in support of the team’s role purpose per the above. COMMERCIAL LEAD KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To seek out and develop business opportunities from all market areas, including our parent company (Insight Enterprises) providing first-level consultancy and thought-leadership to prospective clients and developing clients to ensure that all services are sold. You will need to have a proven record of building a solid client portfolio selling software services or products. You will also have an appetite for creating, developing and closing new tech initiatives, being able to instil confidence, build trust and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The ability to listen, build rapport and credibility as a strategic partner is vital for this role. Passion, intelligence and energy are must-have traits. You will provide leadership to your team members, including onboarding support, coaching and mentoring, constructive feedback/reviews and supporting them on their larger and more complex opportunities. Day to day, this will involve deal reviews, support on pitches/meetings/calls and commercials. More strategically, you will identify opportunities to help grow Amdaris’s footprint and services in the UK and beyond. COMMERCIAL LEAD REQUIREMENTS Proven track record of selling outsourced or complex software solutions to enterprise-level accounts Ability to generate new business and build relationships through various methods including networking, personal prospecting and events Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to successfully navigate and influence within a complex business environment, ideally gained in similar environment/sector A track record of managing lengthy complex pipeline deals and delivering results in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, a consistent record of building positive relationships with senior stakeholders at all levels Ability to set expectations with new business clients and effectively leverage governance for a positive customer experience Highly skilled and experienced at negotiating conflict and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes at executive levels Ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner Structuring sales cycles using MEDDPICC or similar methodology Experience in effectively and successfully leading new business sales team members to support their success as salespeople. Stage 2: Interview with Commercial Director and Commercial Lead In this stage, the candidate will meet with the Commercial Director and Commercial Lead to discuss the specifics of the role. They will delve into your past experience and how they align with the responsibilities and expectations of this position. Stage 3: Interview with Commercial Director and Sales Enablement Director During this interview, the candidate will be required to present a detailed plan outlining their first 30, 60, and 90 days in the role of Commercial Lead.
