Job Description As a HR Business Partner, you will provide support and guidance on all people related matters for your dedicated business units across the business. Acting as a conduit between the business and the People team, the role will encompass all elements of the colleague journey and involve organisational design, education on People processes, engagement activity, risk monitoring and working on a variety of projects that may be across Together or to meet specific business unit objectives. You will enable key stakeholders and internal customers to deliver their people plans in both an effective and commercial manner. As a HR Business Partner, we are looking for someone to: Work with colleagues and managers at all levels within specific business units, developing and maintaining effective working relationships. Inputting to the design and supporting the delivery of the business unit people plans through initiatives and specific projects Provide coaching and feedback to employees at all levels to empower their development and drive high performance, whilst partnering with leaders to implement effective performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations Consult on issues relating to resource requirements, department structures, employee relations and performance improvement, coaching managers and providing advice as appropriate. Support change and transformation activities Analyse data and reports to identify key people metrics (internal and external) and colleague insight to identify ways of enhancing colleague engagement and driving business performance Support the identification and mitigation of people risks through activities, such as succession planning and single person dependency/key business processes identification Promote a positive work environment (e.g., engagement action planning), employee experience, and a culture of inclusivity and diversity
