HR & Talent Graduate My client is a leading provider of quality materials and solutions. Based in Coleraine, they are currently seeking a HR & Talent Graduate to join their team. This is a Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract Position. Working Hours: 8.30am - 5pm (Hybrid working available after training) With a salary of £27,000 per annum. Job Purpose: This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional HR environment while supporting various aspects of human resources, including administration, training and development, and project work. Essential Criteria: A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (a CIPD qualification or progress toward one is desirable). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with HR systems or databases (desirable but not essential). Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while adhering to deadlines. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. A full driving licence and willingness to travel to other locations as required. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and maintain employee records, prepare contracts, assist with recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support the coordination and delivery of training programmes and development initiatives for employees. Liaison with CITB to obtain training grants. Through attendance at Career fairs, developing links with Universities/Colleges and apprentice partners. Effective management of the administration relating to the employee review process. Contribute to HR-related projects aimed at developing our existing procedures and enhancing employee engagement, such as long service recognition, wellbeing and diversity initiatives and HR process improvements. Prepare and maintain HR reports, ensuring data is accurate and compliant. Assist with the management and development of current HR related business systems including Flex, Fusion and Success Factors. Act as a point of contact for employees, providing assistance with HR-related queries and ensuring a professional and responsive service.
