We are looking for a Head of Marketing and Sales who will drive company growth and increase our digital presence, all while aligning our strategy with the values that define us. You will shape both online and offline marketing initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to lead the company’s strategic direction.
Duties
* Develop and execute sales and marketing strategy to increase online sales via various channels.
* Manage and grow relationships with qualified health practitioners to ensure engagement and trust.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver educational content, promoting scientific and health benefits of products.
* Oversee digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media) with a focus on traffic, conversion, and brand visibility.
* Develop and implement B2B sales processes, particularly for health practitioners.
* Drive growth using data-driven decisions, leveraging analytics tools for sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to remain competitive and compliant.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and seminars, positioning the brand as a leader in health supplements for professionals.
* Lead and manage a small, growing sales and marketing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Person Specification:
* Leadership: Proven track record in team management, creating a results-driven, collaborative culture.
* Sales Growth: Experience in a senior sales and marketing role.
* Customer Centric: Strong understanding of both health practitioners’ and consumers’ needs.
* Digital Marketing Experience: Demonstrable experience in managing campaigns and strategies to drive online sales.
* E-commerce Platforms: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
* B2B Sales: Strong experience in B2B sales within healthcare, especially education-driven marketing.
* Data-Driven: Proficiency with Shopify, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools for performance analysis and optimization.
* Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop and implement long-term sales and marketing strategies.
* Educational Campaigns: Experience in integrating educational content into marketing, translating complex scientific information into accessible formats.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal teams.
Terms:
* Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week (Monday to Friday).
* Holiday: 25 days + statutory holidays, with 1 extra day for each full year served (up to 30 days).
