Our clients team are passionate about making a real difference in young lives every day, and they are looking for an Early Years Educator to join their team on this exciting journey About the Role As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in the care, development, and education of young children, typically from birth to five years old. You will create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive, explore, and develop key skills. Role Overview: As an Early Years Educator at you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering high-quality, nature-based learning experiences. We believe that outdoor adventures are at the heart of childhood development, and we are committed to fostering a fun, supportive, and enriching environment for both children and staff. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Foster a warm, supportive, and inclusive environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Observe, assess, and document children's progress, identifying areas for development. Work closely with parents and caregivers, providing updates on children's progress and supporting their learning journey. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures. Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to maintain high-quality early years education and care. Support children's independence, confidence, and curiosity through play-based learning experiences. Maintain accurate records and reports in line with regulatory and organizational requirements.
