Main duties of the job As an Executive Director the Chief Operating Officer is responsible for leadership and delivery of the Trust's operational services, ensuring high quality care and delivery of performance standards are achieved through the networks and wider Trust. A key member of the Executive team, you will have the ability to build credibility, inspire confidence and demonstrably influence colleagues at all levels from ward and team to board. All directors work as part of a cohesive team and are expected to take lead responsibility for corporate and Trust-wide outcomes above and beyond their immediate responsibilities; particularly to develop and deliver strategic transformation.
