About the Role:
As a People Systems Project Manager, you will be key in managing projects that integrate HR and technology. This includes implementing new systems, developing integrations, digitising HR processes, or enhancing existing functionalities. You'll collaborate closely with People Systems Specialists, who handle project analysis and execution, and other People department colleagues.
A typical day includes:
1. Project Planning & Control: Managing plan, quality, cost, time, actions, risks, and issues.
2. Project Delivery & Change Management: Ensuring successful project delivery and user adoption.
3. Project Reporting & Communication: Keeping stakeholders updated on progress.
4. Stakeholder Management: Balancing interests of all stakeholders.
5. Project Team Management: Ensuring the right team members are in place for success.

What you'll need:
1. Experience in project management.
2. Basic understanding of (HR) technology, such as SaaS, API, and integration management.
3. Experience of working in larger technology projects (in a project lead or team member capacity) such as system implementations.
4. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
5. Solution-oriented thinking and leadership skills.
