Talent Assistant - Broadcast/Presenters What you will be doing In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to their talent managers and contribute to the seamless operation of our clients agency. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for the media industry will be crucial in assisting their talented broadcasters and presenters in achieving their professional goals. Responsibilities: Assist talent managers with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence Maintain accurate records of client contracts, agreements, and professional engagements Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for talent as needed Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met promptly Foster positive relationships with clients and external stakeholders to enhance agency reputation and client satisfaction Support talent managers in coordinating auditions, interviews, and other professional opportunities Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and upcoming projects relevant to broadcasters and presenters Attend industry events, workshops, and networking functions to build relationships and expand industry knowledge Requirements: Experience in talent management, entertainment, or media-related roles Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
