Role description: Manage effective cash collection from clients in specified BU's, supported by small team. The Credit Control Specialist reports directly to the Credit Control Manager. Role accountabilities: Drive effective cash collection. Interact effectively with clients, capturing status of items. Build trusted relationships with internal contacts in order to liaise over payment issues. Assist cash team with allocation queries· Identify and comply with Arcadis policies & procedures. Monitor business processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement. Maximise cash collection, improving DRO Qualifications & Experience: Proven record in delivering cash targets. Consistent high standards and methodical. Highly motivated. Excel / ERP to a medium proficiency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
