Job Title: Healthcare Assistant
You will join our team as a Healthcare Assistant in the UK, providing care and support to individuals with continuing challenging behaviour and high support needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive difference in people's lives and be part of a supportive and friendly team at Ann House in Kendal.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide care and support to individuals on ward rounds, analysing their behaviours and adapting care accordingly with colleagues.
* Update patient records and provide overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for service users.
