Job Title: Operations Administrator

Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking organisation in the farming and rural property industry, is seeking an Operations Administrator to join their team in Chelmsford.
As an Operations Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Team in managing records, producing reports, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the organisation. This is a full-time, position that requires a good understanding of Word and Excel packages. Previous experience using Landapp or other mapping software would be advantageous, although full in-house training will be provided for our farm management systems.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and reconcile records
* Produce detailed reports and analysis
* Utilise Landapp to produce maps and maintain accurate ownership records
* Prepare appraisals and presentations for investor meetings
* Provide administrative support to the Operations team
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
1. A background or understanding of agriculture
